Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer must inspect the product and inform BPARAS within 10 hours of the delivery for any damaged, faulty or wrong delivered products. All says are final after that period.
For customer care, you can contact us at message.bparas@gmail.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Correct Shipping Address
Customer is fully responsible to provide correct shipping address, BPARAS take no responsibility for any loss and damage in the case customer provided the wrong address at the time order was placed.
All the product Images are provided by the suppliers/manufactures electronically. Colors may appear slightly different than the images. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party content.
Sizes
Customers are fully responsible choosing right size for them, bparas.com takes no responsibility for wrong sizes.
